Once a package is selected and location and time is agreed upon, a contract will be delivered. The client must sign and pay the retainer to secure their session date. A style guide will be sent upon receipt of these items.

Rain in the forecast can be tricky, but may not stay for long if it comes at all. However, I do not make any decisions to cancel sessions until the day of the session. I watch the hourly report along with the radar and try to work around when the rain shower might occur if possible.

Being flexible and able to adjust is extremely helpful when this occurs. I try to keep a day or two open for weather reschedules if needed, but my goal is to keep the session date the same and possibly adjust the time. I communicate with you the night before and throughout the day of your session if rain is forecasted.

As a photographer, I take hundreds of photos at each session. I cull the photos for the best ones and choose a variety of poses and candid shots to edit. These are the delivered photos to your online gallery. I do not deliver all the photos or the RAW images from any session.

Once you sign the contract and pay the retainer, I will send you a style guide which will assist you in planning your outfits for your photo session. It helps with coordinating for large groups as well as small families or couples.

The turnaround date for all online galleries is 3-4 weeks from the day of the session assuming all payments have been received. I try to provide a few photos on Instagram as a sneak peek within a week of the session, but cannot guarantee a sneak peek. I know everyone is excited about the session.
