Gorgeous flowers, sunsets, and humidity – what could be better than a summer night in Knoxville, TN?! I got to roam the gardens at the University of Tennessee while waiting for Kate and Mark to arrive for their maternity session. The university has done a fabulous job of maintaining the gardens especially given how hot the month of July was in Knoxville.
After hanging with Kate and Mark, I can tell they are going to be fabulous parents to their little dude! Not only did they not complain while sweat was dripping down all our faces, but we even laughed about it! We took photos all over the garden and even included a few props such as baby shoes and ultra sound pictures. UT gardens has some amazing spots throughout, but one of my favorite was the heart carved out of a slab of stone shown above.
If your looking for a location with multiple backgrounds then this place has it! It is near campus in Knoxville, but also remote enough to not have tons of traffic! I can’t wait to see it change throughout the year. Not only was the garden breathe-taking, but Kate also slayed in her Baltic Born dress! I love this online store because it has maternity dresses that can be used during maternity and after because they are really just flowy maxi dresses! Kate, you are stunning!
