Winter Family Session

I did not know what to expect from Knoxville in regards to weather. Coming from warmer weather for the last 5 years, I secretly hoped for some snow in December. However, this fall turned out to be quite warm, and fall pictures were not your typical sweater weather. I was able to squeeze in one last fall session at the start December. This family was so much fun! I had to pump some energy into the youngster since he fell asleep in the car, but after a few jumping photos he was full of life again!

Once again Melton Hill Park in Oak Ridge makes me fall in love again even with most of the area being bare of leaves and green grass. Fall/winter skies are one of my favorite things about photos this time of year because the clouds are so thick and make sure a beautiful backdrop. Courteney contacted for this mini session last minute because they were not able to get photos while traveling up North like they had hoped! We were able to make it happen and got some great photos.
