When Kayla told me she wanted to capture one year old photos of her little girl, I was thrilled! I love one year old session. One year olds are so full of personality and always on the move. They have so many different faces to capture. When a met this adorable little family, baby girl (E) had the cutest butterfly dress on! She was full of smiles and ready to crawl.
We took photos at the University of Tennessee gardens in Knoxville, TN on a gorgeous August morning. The most surprising thing was the lack of high humidity! It felt like a fall morning with slight overcast and occasional breeze. Perfect! I brought some wooden letters to spell the word ONE which we set up beside the little pond and waterfall fall. E sat for a few moments and then she was on the move! However, she loved two things this session 1. looking for her daddy and 2. she thought my crazy noises and tickling her were the funniest thing. She was precious! These kinds of family sessions are so much fun!
Not to mention daddy was happy to treat his two ladies to Cracker Barrel biscuits! 🧡
