In June I had the opportunity to photograph a small intimate wedding in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. The couple rented a cabin lodge called Moose Hollow Lodge in Sevierville,TN. This lodge not only has a small wedding chapel, but it has a pool, movie theater, arcade games, 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, kitchen and fabulous stone fireplace with views looking at to the mountains from the wrap around porch. Kaitlin and Tom had their family and a few close friends in attendance for the long weekend.
This lodge has a variety of locations for photos even during a sunny day. My personal favorites were the ones on the side of the porch with the views of the mountains. However, it wouldn’t be a Tennessee wedding without drinking from some mason jars!
We cannot forget the details from the wedding with this beautiful wedding cake and simple but elegant bouquet.
